We highly recommend Paul at Tailored Bathroom Designs! After looking through numerous reviews on check a trade, we decided on asking Paul for a quote for our bathroom to be completely revamped. he gave us some brilliant ideas and a reasonable realistic quote (which was the final cost of the bathroom -no secret added costs anywhere in sight). Paul was available throughout the choosing and design process and gave his advice on areas we were unsure about. He checked everything before we ordered our items and made sure we had everything we needed. He turned up at 8am every day, was an absolute pleasure to deal with and very trustworthy, not to mention tidy (which is always a massive bonus). His work is phenomenal and you can see he pays attention to every aspect of his work and project. He has done such a brilliant job, the bathroom is now my favourite room in the house and is absolutely perfect. Paul is a lovely, professional, kind, down to earth guy who definitely won't con you into buying stuff you don't want or need, he's honest and tells you what is realistic. Firstly, thank you so much for our beautiful new bathroom, we are extremely pleased with the work completed. From Paul's initial visit to Deans work on the bathroom, we were kept up to date at all times and Dean left our house so tidy at the end of the day, it was as if we weren't having any work done. I had been looking for a bathroom company for about 18 months and for one reason or other was disappointed with every company that had come around to give me a quote until I decided checkatrade and saw Tailored bathrooms . Paul attended and gave us a written quote and because of previous reviews I decided to go with Paul. I was not at all disappointed. He gave me plenty of advice on purchasing furniture for my complete bathroom refurbishment. He was always on time ,dealt with difficult problems as they arose without any fuss. Paul and his Company recently installed a new bathroom for us. Including a new ceiling, electrics, tiling and sanitary ware. All the works were carried out to a very high standard in a professional and courteous manner. Paul is very experienced, courteous, tidy and punctual. He works with you advising on the suitability of the products that we chose before they are ordered and expensive mistakes are made. The quotation was very reasonable and there are no extras. It's hard to know where to begin. The service we have received from Tailored Bathroom Designs far exceeded other companies we had approached beforehand. Prompt at coming back to us to arrange a visit/quote, very friendly, professional with great ideas. The quote itself we were very happy with, it included all the extras that other firms charge additional for (skip hire for example). The bathroom was completed on schedule and the end finish took my breath away (traditional bathroom, with pink roll top bath), it was exactly what I had envisioned and more!! We were looking to update our bathroom and en-suite but were unsure on how we wanted to do it. Paul was recommended to us so we asked him round to give us some advice as well as quote. This turns out to be the best decision we made since moving into our house. We were immediately impressed with his knowledge and experience and he put many of our concerns to bed with some great suggestions. I found Paul on CheckaTrade, and saw that he was highly rated by previous customers. He came to give us a quote, and I not only found him to be very knowledgeable but a very likeable guy. The quote he gave us was very detailed, and included web links for products that he thought might be suitable and at good prices. He started dead on time on the date he quoted and was always on time the 10 days he was with us. Throughout the installation he worked very hard and kept us informed on what he was doing. Paul doesn't only make things look nice aesthetically, he also makes sure that your bathroom design will actually work properly for day to day use. He helped point us in the right direction for all of our bathroom furniture and his prices include EVERYTHING - even down to grout, skip hire, piping and ceiling paint. The price you see is what you pay, so thanks to Pauls planning, there are no nasty hidden costs. We're genuinely over the moon with our bathroom and will be getting Paul over in the new year to give our downstairs loo the same treatment. Highly recommended.
