This company did a major job for me in such an unprofessional way that it cost me thousands to have put right. Kent Trading Standards have adjudicated in my favour but it looks like I will have to go to court to recoup my losses

The guys arrived exactly at the agreed time. After I described the problem they went onto the roof to get a closer look at the work we thought was required, but they found that we did not have the problem we thought with birds nesting but some repair work was needed in the area. I was given a price to carry out the work whilst they were there rather calling them back later. At that point we didn't have any alternative quotes to compare, but the price seemed reasonable compared to some work we'd had done in 2020 on the other side of the house. Whilst they were on the roof they could see our neighbour had ridge tile problems (only held in place by gravity); that they were also able to correct. Overall they were polite and explained things. Since re-opening during the Covid-19 pandemic we here at Tactical make sure that our emplyees are tested regulary. We always wear masks when nessasry and try our best to maintain safe social distancing measures. We always try to stock hand sanitiser , face coverings & gloves to ensure maxium security from Covid-19.
