I was introduced to Farrukh Tufail by a friend about a year ago now and since Farrukh has handled two immigration applications for me and my wife. I had approached many solicitors for advice regarding my immigration application but Mrs Miah at TM fortis has been by far the most professional and knowledgeable solicitor I have come across. Mrs MIA was always a call away and available whereas other solicitors have been difficult to reach. I had previously made an application through Taj solicitors , a reputable law firm based in London, and an error they made had caused problem in my immigration status in the last year and Mrs Miah was able to take my case to the tribunal to rectify this error and have me compensated by the ombudsman from taj solicitors and eventually my Complicated ILR case was granted. Hi I was married with an Eu citizen and we divorced and our marriage was less then three years and I went to two solicitors and they said to me your case was hard because our marriage and divorce was less then three years to return my right residence and I went to Tm fortis. I don't normally write google reviews but the service I've been given by Syrah Shah at TM Fortis seriously warrants one. Syrah tears up the poor reputation solicitors have for being aloof, slow to get things done, obstructive and generally unhelpful. She is the exact opposite of those things. Whenever I call she is available and on the occasions she isn't she ALWAYS calls back promptly. She's the most pro-active solicitor I've ever worked with and will go the extra mile to make sure deadlines are met. She takes the time to offer me sound consultation and has the ability to make me feel like i'm the only customer she is working with.
