I have worked with the Metropolitan Police on their Trauma Support Programme, both training and counselling Police Officers about PTSD including high profile disasters like The Lockerbie Aircraft Bombing, The Docklands Bombing, and the Marchioness Disaster. I have designed and delivered many mental wellbeing programmes including the first Re-entry into Operations Post Shooting Programme for the Met.Police working with selected Firearms Instructors.
I also worked with the Guy's Hospital Psychosexual and Relationship Clinic and counselled on a variety of Psychosexual and relationship difficulties, including sexual abuse victims and survivors.
I worked at St. Mary's Hospital as a Pain Counsellor working with individuals and groups of women suffering from chronic pelvic pain.
I have appeared as a Specialist Guest Therapist on many tv and radio programmes, and hosted my own phone in counselling programme five nights a week, two hours a night on LBC radio.
Due to the financial difficulties people are experiencing as a result of lockdown and Coronavirus, I have decreased my fees to assist those people looking for help in these difficult times.
My fees are on a sliding scale between £45- £90 per hour. In order to help people struggling even more, I am also currently offering a T.I.G.S. (Therapy in Groups) Programme.
The T.I.G.S. Programme will be for a group of 10 people on Zoom at a Cost of £20. per 90 minute session for the group. These groups will deal with specific mental health problems per group.
The next T.I.G.S. group will start on Tuesday 1st September and the topic will be DEALING WITH DEPRESSION.
