I really appreciate your kindness and understanding when we had our sessions. Your help made a difference and I felt that I was making real progress to overcome my mental health issues I think that you are a very good counsellor and have a lot to give to other people that need a empathetic ear and compassionate approach for their problems.

Suzanne has given me the space to talk openly and honestly about my thoughts and feelings without fear of feeling ashamed, embarrassed or worrying about being judged or criticised. She is professional while offering a shoulder to cry on. Suzanne will really listen and take on board my struggles and negative thoughts and consider the reasons for my depression and anxiety during the sessions but also in between sessions to help me gain a better understanding of my behaviour and low mood. What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to allow clients the opportunity to see an affordable, experienced counsellor, who is able to offer flexibility and works in a way suited to them. I like working for myself as I can offer a professional service but with less bureaucracy and red tape.
