The week before Christmas and our oven smashes to peices. You can understand our shock horror. I posted a plea for help and Garath was our Santa this year! He came, took the old one out, told us to buy a new one, and then he fitted the new one in. AND also did a bit of DIY to lower the shelf to help fit the oven in properly.
