How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We always consult carefully with our clients, taking their food tastes, budget and likes and dislikes carefully into account.
If the right equipment is not available at your chosen venue we will bring it in, so that everything is possible.
What do you love most about your job?
Making people happy with incredible food and giving each event we do special touches which make them unforgettable to all their guests. We love working with the public just as much as charities and celebrity regulars we have - its always such fun!!!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had wanted to have my own restaurant since becoming a chef aged 16 and I was able to open my fist restaurant aged 23 and have been lucky enough to work for myself since then til now.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because you will never be 'just another customer' for us. We look at people and their events very personally and only suggest and offer what is going to be right for them and fit in well with the kinds of people they are and the look and feel of the event they have in mind.
