In a former life I ran a very successful exhibition design agency for more than 25 years before I became a Life and Business Coach.
I have gone from listening to my corporate client briefs to listening to my individual clients and helping them discover how to truly enjoy and love the life they are working so hard to create and not just work for the life they are creating.

What do you love most about your job?
I am passionate about helping people and inspiring them to find the confidence to make the changes they want to their lives both at home and at work.
I am privileged to help people find their true potential and reach their dreams and goals. To find new energy, new confidence and new ways of thinking.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In 2016 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. At that time, I was already struggling to cope with my father’s terminal illness, a marriage breakdown, starting a new life and building a new house with my new partner and our blended family, managing the dramas of teenagers and running an exhibition design agency.
If anything was going to go wrong, it seemed to be happening to me and life just seemed to be out of control.
When I got the diagnosis, I knew then it all had to stop. Everything had to be about getting better, being there for my kids and taking back control of my life.
To learn all the strategies that I needed so that I could cope with whatever life was going to throw at me, to manage a healthy work/life balance and put myself first .
It was time to let go of who I thought I should be, re-align with my purpose and passions and design what I wanted my future life to look like and who I wanted to be.
That life is as a qualified life and business coach helping individuals to build resilience and confidence and enhance their lives both at home and at work.
