Erica is one of the most impressive women I have met personally. Her ability to take the complex and distill it to a logical and simple summary is awesome.

I reached out to Erica when I started coaching. Of the many coaches I spoke to in that time, Erica was hands down the best. I've been working with her ever since, and it has been a profoundly rewarding experience.Keep being special :-) More...

I have now attended two of Sue's workshop - and can honestly say for me they have been life changing! Cannot recommend her highly enough, I am now re-qualifying to enable me to re-enter the workplace after a break of 23 years! Without attending a 'Women of Power' day I would be still be timidly sat at home. More...

Attended a Woman of Power workshop earlier in 2015 and strongly recommend to anyone! My confidence in myself and my business has grown significantly, and I've learned skills that have benefited me so much. Sue also works absolute wonders in 1-1 coaching, helping both me and my work flourish- I've noticed so many changes since working with her and she is professional, warm and full of wisdom! I have nothing but great words for her, and have seen how she has influenced others too! More...

I heartily recommend Sue's "Woman of Power" workshop - what a wonderful opportunity to meet like-minded women and spend the day together exploring our strengths! Guided by Sue's expert knowledge of the terrain, drawing from multiple theories and sources, she brought a fresh, upbeat, inspiring experience to attendees. A balanced mix of serious intention and light-hearted play kept the day wonderfully enjoyable. I came away with some new ideas and great reminders. Thank you Sue, a pleasure to spend time with you and the community of powerful women you're building. More...

Sue ran a Women of Power workshop earlier this year and I attended. Having done lots of training for women it was fantastic to be 'refreshed' and have focus and time for me to get to grips with challenges for me for my new role.

Q&As

I enjoy seeing my clients experience success and achieve more than they thought they were capable of.

In 2002, I moved overseas with my then 9 year old son. I learned very quickly that I needed to establish myself in a community where I knew no-one. I repeated this when I moved back to the UK in 2010 and realised that you didn't need to move countries to find raising your profile, showing up as a leader and demonstrating your gravitas, a challenge!

Leadership presence underpins business and career success. I've worked with hundreds of clients to help them to strategically influence how others see them - this helps them to take their careers in the direction they choose.
