I offer person-centered counselling to both individuals and couples on a range of issues including anxiety, depression and mental health issues.

I have experience of working with adults who have autistic spectrum disorders or asperger's syndrome.

I have worked for many years with issues of domestic and/or sexual abuse including historic child abuse and childhood sexual exploitation.

I also offer relationship counselling to couples struggling with communucation breakdown, relationship problems and/or affairs.
