You never truly know what a business is like until things go wrong and you fall out. Only at that point do you know who you’re dealing with and what the company is like. I’m pleased to report a happy ending when my mother wanted to cancel a contract that Surrey & London had started for reasons unbeknownst even to her (she’s very elderly). During her indecision, there were a few days when work had to stop and for which they were not reimbursed for their time. Despite this, they were understanding, professional and remained courteous throughout.
