SureCare Wolverhampton (JN Community Care Ltd) is a new and vibrant CQC Registered person-centred Home Care (Domiciliary Care), Health and Social Care Service Provider in all aspects of regulated and unregulated care provision within the West Midlands communities. The staff who work at Sure Care are competent, qualified and passionate about meeting the Health and Social Care needs of the individuals they support because they see their respective roles as a necessary altruistic one 'For Life's Journey' and fulfilment, in which they have been privileged to play a part. In addition to Home Care Service Provision (Adult and CYP), we also provide a broad range of unregulated services based on Clients' needs, such as gardening, handyman services and provision of qualified and competent agency Health Care Support Workers and Nurses with PIN to cover shifts in Hospitals and Residential Care settings.
