Sam and Clares help has been life changing over the past weeks. I was stuck in a cycle of yo yo dieting, periods of feeling deprived and then binge eating. Over the past number of weeks supreme minority has helped me change my thinking about both my body and my relationship with food and the importance of balancing that with exercise. I'm now on a good path which is consistent and look forward to the future getting fitter and stronger and losing weight along the way. You dont have to starve yourself to achieve the results you are after. For anyone thinking about joining I would say go for it you will not regret it. Thanks guys. More...

I cannot describe fully how much Sam has helped me. She has totally changed my outlook on food and nutrition. For the last 8 weeks I can honestly say I haven’t been hungry but I have seen big changes in my body, skin, strength and overall mindset and wellbeing. Working with Supreme minority has changed my mindset about ‘dieting’, or rather ‘ditching the diet’ after only 7 weeks. I have been on all the named dieting programmes i initially lost weight but never sustained it and always felt a failure, hungry and lacking body confidence. My journey with Supreme: I am focussed on my fitness and health my mindset is completely different.. the individualised food plan is based on foods i like and I don’t feel the need to snack , my weight and size are both reducing I am starting to feel confident about my body again. Supreme provide on line workshops about mindset, health, nutrition. Exercise and always happy to chat give advice, individual feedback is weekly and empowering. We establish what is realistic and viable for you! I believe people need to be pushed however not to be point where obsessive behaviours manifest or a hatred to exercise begins to creep in! It is all about mindset and communication

Long term consistency - I am anti fad diets and if you are looking for a 'quick fix' solution, I am not the coach for you.

Seeing my ladies transform not only physically, but mentally gives me absolute goosebumps. A lot of my work is around behaviour and mindset change which isn't something you can capture via a transformation photo.

I have always felt like the odd one out, from being more overweight than other kids at school, subsequently being bullied for it thus I have spent most of my life doing things to make other people like me or please them in some way....then I decided to stop letting this control and rule me life and to help others do the same!

Because life is too short to fail on yet another fad diet!

I work predominantly remotely via online coaching.
