Terrible customer service and aftercare sales. Poor communication, I have contacted the company 7 times via telephone and sent 4 emails yet no one has bothered to respond. I would avoid buyer tickets ...

Absolutely terrible customer service. Been trying to get a refund for a reorganised event that I could no longer attend since July. Been contacting them regularly any way I could think of. Finally got a very speedy response after posting something on their Facebook page (took weeks to become a member of their group). Very quickly got a response and a refund. I purchased tickets for an event which was cancelled in October. I received an email stating that a refund would follow. I have yet to receive any money, despite repeated attempts to contact Superstar Speakers through various means. Dreadful service and sorely disappointed. More...
