We had a two night stay in one of the cabins. They are so spacious and clean. Even though it is self catering, the chalets have tea, coffee, biscuits and milk in the fridge. Debbie is gorgeous and so helpful and you get a lovely welcome when you arrive. It's the perfect location for going for long walks, the M3 if you fancy going to Winchester, Salisbury etc. If you have a dog, no problem, they are welcome too. I couldn’t fault this at all . Me and two other stayed in the apartment. We were greated by Steve and he allowed us too look around the apartment before handing the keys over. He was very informative advised us of the WiFi code, made sure we had milk in the fridge and cereal.||||An hour later Debbie knocked on the door to welcome us. Which was a lovely touch. She then proceeded to make sure that we liked anything and made sure we had everything we needed due to it being a last minute booking. ||||If you like quiet then this is defiantly the place to be . Lovely warm welcome, good facilities, comfy room with plenty of storage (not that I needed it) and a lovely big shower with good water pressure. The location was good - close to the M3 and Basingstoke, but very rural feel. It was quiet enough to have my bedroom window open all night without being disturbed. Lovely garden to sit in with my morning cuppa watching the ducks. It was an overnight stop between two very hectic days and gave me the opportunity to recharge. I would definitely stay here again.. Oh my goodness I do not know where to start, perfect communication before arrival and ease of booking and payment. On arrival I was made to feel unbelievably welcome and shown the lovely Kitchen and dining area that you could use to your own convieniemce. Fabulous conversation and a beautiful peaceful area, love little Sam too who had a little bit of leftover bacon ;).||Brilliantly helpful for evening meal search and allowed to use the dining room for a takeaway! Above and beyond the call of duty allowing my other half to park his vehicle there while we only took one car into Basingstoke.||Unbelievable value for money too, you must stay here.||I cannot thank Debbie and Steve enough, perfect hosts in a perfect gorgeous B & B, if I am ever in the area again I will be staying here! Debbie and Steve are excellent hosts and from my first communication with Debbie I felt comfortable in the knowledge that the booking would be great. A late booking made in readiness for attending a wedding the next day.||||Met by Steve and Sam and that was great and very friendly. Steve provided me with all the necessary information, including Wifi code and that the kitchen/conservatory was accessible to. The bedroom was great and after a long drive the bed was very comfortable.||||Thanks to Debbie also as I stayed after check out time to be able to do some work before continuing my onward journey.||||Should I be in the area again I will definitely be contacting you for booking. A last minute booking. We had the apartment. Excellent accommodation, spotlessly clean. Met by Steve and Sam. Very friendly welcome. Beautiful location. We arrived after playing golf at sherfield oaks. Debbie had put milk in the fridge for us, there were plenty of tea bags and little packs of biscuits and there was also some boxes of cereal for us as we had another round of golf booked early in the morning. We were self catering, so didn't expect these extras. Very much appreciated. Popped out for our evening meal. Met Debbie on our return. Fantastic hosts. Really enjoyed our stay.
