About

I’m Francisco Cardoso Jacobina Rocha, a lot of names, I know… Pretty common where I’ve come from, but a pain everywhere else… Nah, it’s my family name and I’m very proud of it! Anyway, I graduated in Business Management back in 2001, and finished two masters, one in marketing and one in public administration.

I have been training with Francisco for 4 years. He is professional and dedicated and not at all intimidating. In addition to the 14kg I lost in the first 8 months, he trains me to tone and maintain my body in exactly the right areas. His expertise is beyond just personal training, his advice on nutrition, overcoming bad eating habits and general well being is an absolute bonus. I would recommend him fully to anyone who seriously wants results. More...

I have been training with francisco for past 7 months . I have had personal training previously and can honestly tell the difference between someone who is professional with years of experience (francisco) and someone who is just a beginner and only in the business for “money”. I have lost over 10 kgs and making progress to reach my goal . Francisco is best at what he is doing . I highly recommend him . Its coming from someone who has struggled to loose weight for years and have always been “fat” . HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED More...

Q&As

An important aspect to have in mind when having a diet plan designed for you is: how sustainable is that diet plan on the long run? No doubt we can work with a few more extreme options for short period of time, to push for a major transformation on the first few weeks, but you need to gradually transition from this diet plan into one more manageable and non detrimental to your health (usually extreme diets, although effective are not so healthy).

I use habit-based coaching with all my clients, meaning that it’s not about giving you a diet plan to follow, we will be working on changing habits and reeducation for a better and healthier lifestyle…

There is no secret... To achieve "the body of dreams" will require effort, hard work and some sacrifices (mainly when it comes to your diet). On the positive side, there is nothing stopping you from achieving it with dedication and guidance.

The oportunity to help and work with people from so many different walks of life. Seeing the progress and the results achieved by my client is very rewarding, as it means that our partnership towards their goals worked perfectly, through the guidance and their discipline.

First of all, I’m no different to you! Yes, that’s right: I do have “eating issues”. No, it can’t be called an eating disorder, but it’s very serious and affects me big time! The truth is: I do not like most vegetables, I’m not so keen on fruits and healthy food doesn’t attract me at the slightest! I could “live” (probably not long, though) from fast food and my biggest addiction: pizza. Yes, I also like sweets and EVERYTHING that wouldn’t be written on any “sensible” diet plan… So, how do I do it? How am I even able to manage “extremely” strict diet plans over 16 to 20 weeks prior to a physique contest? Balance! That’s all I tell you for now! IT IS possible, and NO, I do not give up completely those pleasures! So, please, bear in mind you will not have to either… Don’t hesitate in dropping me a message and we can have a NSA chat and you can make up your mind.
