After searching for a window cleaner for many months only to be told by the ones who did bother to get back to me to say they couldn’t take on any more work I found Suds & Sons on line. I booked my appointment also on line on a very easy to use website. This was duly confirmed by a text message & also followed up with a personal telephone call confirming my appointment. We had Tim around to the house today & to be honest I didn't know if I was expecting a bit much, myself & the wife are moving house & the landlord wanted all the windows cleaned before we left. He cleaned all the windows inside & out & they were FILTHY before that is. He also had a pressure washer with was a nice surprise as we had a load of moss in the corner of the drive that the land lord wasn't happy about. Its now all gone & everything is nice & clean. What do you love most about your job?
I love the really dirty windows, gutters etc. When I turn up to a dirty job I know immediately that there is going to be a really obvious transformation, as soon as the job is complete I know that my customer will be over the moon. I love to take some before and after photos (with permission) with when you put them side by side its fantastic.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a family and I was sadly missing out on so much family time. This keeps me close to home and around when it really matters.
Why should our clients choose you?
Honest truth is simple. I have a family, families are expensive. To ensure that I can always provide as best as I can for my family, I really do care. For that reason I will always treat any customer regardless of if they are worth £10 or £100 to the highest standards, hopefully this will result in ongoing work on a regular basis.
