They are very professional and nice people to work with. I was scared of building works, as you may know it can be sometimes very stressful…but they managed everything with care and on time! What’s your interior design process?
We start every project with a free consultation (over the phone or in person) to understand the clients needs and the spaces they wish to work on.
We would then send over a proposal which breaks the projects down into stages (typically 3-4 stages depending on project size) with deliverables, costs and timelines assigned to each stage.
Upon accepting the proposal, we would kick off the project with a concept meeting. This is our chance to go into detail about the client's taste and stylistic vision as well as their practical uses for the space. The aim is to have a clear understanding of what they like / don't like (colours, styles, materials), their lifestyles and how they want to use the space. At this stage we would also take measurements.
From there, we are able to start working on the concept which includes layouts, materials research and defining the stylistic direction.
Throughout each stage of the project we would arrange face-to-face or online meetings to present our work and any revisions required.
We like to work with our clients in a collaborative way, never dictating to them but more listening and translating their ideas with our knowledge and skills.
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
We cater to a variety of styles and don't prescribe to one style. We look to different eras and styles for inspiration to create interiors that have soul and character. We love to use colour, natural materials and an eclectic mix of furniture and lighting.

What inspired you to start your own business?
To enable people to feel inspired and uplifted through the spaces they inhabit. The look and feel of our surroundings undoubtedly impacts our lives and we are inspired by the potential of how interior design can enhance people's lives - whether it's a practical or emotional way.

Yes, we can communicate with clients via video calls for any client meetings and presentations, share documents and imagery online too.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have adapted to more online meetings and presentation to reduce contact in homes. In face-to-face meetings we always follow social distancing guidance.
