Had the first call with Jonny and straight away didn't want to work with him. Very unprofessional from the first call. I understand businesses need to run and they have to pay to see customers details but when one of the first things they say is 'I've paid to speak to you so what do you want' then I'm confused as to how they have ever secured work.

We follow the information given to us by our client and taking that information we research and develop ideas, so the information gathered is very important. Some clients know exactly what they require and need a creative to develop their ideas to a professional level and presentation. However, if you are not sure what you want, but know what you like when you see it, from our initial consultation and the information gathered our business is to understand your business and present the correct ideas bespoke for you.
What do you love most about your job?
The thing we love most about our job is the creative process, it is always enjoyable and also sometimes challenging, each project is different and so, in every job we learn a little, a little about your business, your customer and your industry. We focus on small to medium-size enterprises, yes we do work for some large companies but whether large or small, we give the same attention and love to develop our client's vision, their success is our success.
What inspired you to start your own business?
An insatiable urge to create and be creative is the inspiration to start my own business. I have been an entrepreneur since leaving school and also raised within a family business so, have always known how to work for myself. My background in college and also teaching at higher level education has given me exceptional skill sets which help in solving creative problems and developing creative solutions. I have a deep love of the product and the heightened sense and experience in sourcing skilled craft people to develop my design in manufacturing, a network of trusted manufactures in many product categories, choosing sustainability and ethical practice, over price.

This has been a challenging time for everyone on a global scale not seen in our generation. We are very tactile, social creatures and our situation are quite unnatural. However, the opportunities and need to start small to medium-size enterprises have been a necessity and the mother of invention. I have had the pleasure I meet, remotely, so many amazing people who have shared their ideas and given me the chance to collaborate and create new brands. Covid might be with us for some time and we have adjusted, working from home, missing seeing our families and friends, but have taken time to set ourselves ready for the time when life will be more relaxed and integrated.
