Brilliant start to finish 👏 thank you so much for going above and beyond! After losing my mother recently I really couldn't deal with anything and the thought of even going back to my mothers house was really hard for me Nikki in the office was brilliant and made me feel at ease with everything on the day of the clearance David Chris and Kevin turned up on time and really worked hard I couldn't stay at the house as it was to much for me I left them with the keys and when they where done they had even cleaned the place and then brought my keys back to me with a video to show the end results and I have to say I could recommend Straight Arrow Logistics enough thank you all so much

Completely took the stress away & they did an incredible job!!
No messing around, got stuck straight in & love the fact they carry card terminals.
Payment was simple & effortless compared to other companies that quoted & all wanted cash payments. I don't like withdrawing a large amounts of money so this was perfect for me!

Straight Arrow Logistics completed a house clearance for a family member. Arrived at the time agreed & kept me upto date with progress throughout the day as I wasn't able to remain at the property with work commitments. House was cleared in a fast & professional manner. I also liked the fact they will donate any 'good' items to charity & provided photos to show donations being made with all other items being taken to the tip. What do you love most about your job?
I love the satisfaction of seeing clients faces when a job is completed to high standards. We travel up & down the UK so we also get the added bonus of taking in some beautiful scenery along our journey & as no 2 jobs are the same, our job certainly has alot of variety.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always had a passion for driving. I started my career as HGV driver delivering supplies for various supermarket chains. In 2019 I decided I wanted more of a customer interaction & to be more hands on instead & that's when I launched Straight Arrow Logistics. I've always relied on word of mouth for work & following a recent expansion I'm slowly merging into the world of Bark & other Social media platforms.
Why should our clients choose you?
We're reliable, trustworthy & we get the job done to a high standard. We always try to put ourselves in our customers shoes & we'll always try to go above & behind to ensure our clients return to us. In addition, whilst we appreciate driving vehicles isn't great for the environment, it is part and parcel of the job so thats why wherever possible, (with customers permission) we try to donate any 'good' or 'fit for reuse' items that we collect from house clearances. Doing this means the items can go to people in need, reducing the amount of waste that would have otherwise end up in landfill.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Ensuring our customers safety is always our top priority. All employees are supplied with face masks & hand sanitiser, with spares available for our customers where needed! We maintain 2 metre distance from all customers & when we need to enter your property, please rest assured we will be wearing gloves & shoe protectors. All payments can be made online so there's no need for cash payments
