I am an ICF certified Coach and a Skillful Minds Meditation Leader. I have also trained in Transactional analysis, Tapping (EFT), Yin Yoga and NLP techniques and use all of these skills to help you reduce stress, become confident and go for your dreams.

I love seeing the changes that my clients make that help them increase their confidence or manage to sort their overwhelm so they can focus on what is really important to them

I've always been interested in wellness. I am a qualified massage therapist and have taken lots of courses around wellness including EFT. I have always wanted my own business and felt the time was right as my children are no longer dependant on me.

I am passionate about improving the lives of my clients. I used to be very shy and lacked confidence but worked through that on my own and feel I have the experience to understand when someone is going through the same thing

I use Zoom for on-line coaching. I can also coach with just a telephone call if you prefer not to be seen.

I have only provided on-line coaching during the pandemic

Need a deep dive to gain a better understanding of particular problem then this session is for you.

Clarity sessions are useful when you are struggling to make a decision or need some help understanding how you feel about a situation and what action to take.

A clarity session will help you cut through the overwhelm, understand your options and move you to take the correct action for YOU.

A 120 minute session for you to explore how stress affects you and your stressors where I will take you through some techniques including breathwork, meditation, laughter and exercises to help you relax.

You will receive weekly videos on subjects to help you reflect on your thoughts and how they affect your behaviour together with a meditation. Each session lasts 45v minutes to an hour. There is also one coaching session included which you can book at the end of the course.
