Start-up Business Plans
Detailed steps to start a new business enterprise with a start-up business plan. Typically includes sections describing the company, the product or service, market evaluations and your projected management team. Potential investors will also require a financial analysis in terms of spreadsheets describing financial areas such as income, profit and cash flow projections.
Internal Business Plans
Targeting a specific audience in a business to evaluate a proposed project. For Example helping a marketing team with a document describing the company's current state (including operational costs and profitability), then calculating if and how the business will repay any capital. Another example if market analysis showing target demographics, market size and market's position effect on the company income.
Strategic Business Plans
High-level view of a company's goals and how it will achieve them, laying out a foundation plan for the entire company.
Normally five elements included - business vision, mission statement, definition of critical success factors, strategies for achieving objectives and an implementation schedule.
Feasibility Study
Project analysis taking all relevant factors into account—including economic, technical, legal, and scheduling considerations—to ascertain the likelihood of completing the project successfully. Discern the pros and cons in undertaking a project before investment of time and money.
Providing company management with crucial information that could prevent the company from entering blindly into risky businesses.

Change management is a systematic approach to dealing with the transition or transformation of an organization's goals, processes or technologies. I provide change management to implement strategies for effecting change, controlling change and helping people to adapt to change. This includes training programmes to post change reviews.
Project Management
