I offer a unique, professional friendly consultative bespoke service- not a 'one size fits all' approach. My extensive experience means I can help people with making the best decisions. Everyone's needs are different. It's really vital that clients understand what their options are, and have the right advice and the right solution.
Making your Will
It is vitally important your Will works when its needed- so having a proper consultation to make sure it meets your needs is paramount. Buying a Will because it's 'cheap' is not the best approach- often its a waste of money. You need help to make sure its done properly, it will work when needed, and you understand it fully- that's where I come in. Lasting Powers Of Attorney (LPA) -both types
Virtually every adult needs these in force- the consequences of not having them in place could be utterly disastrous. I handle the consultation and advice, all the paperwork, witnessing etc and submission to the OPG in Birmingham. Dont delay- I recommend you use my service to get these applied for and 'registered' asap.
I only charge a total of £260 for applying for both types. ( Property/Financial and Health/Welfare). You will also need to pay the OPG a fee of £82 per LPA. Call me now on 07553-789-665 to arrange a consultation
Will Storage, Reviews and Re-Writes
This offer is available for every new Will I write with you: Your original Will (in pristine condition) must be accessible and immediately available to your Executors if you die, because they need this to apply for Probate. Professional storage ensures this is possible whilst minimising any risk of loss or damage. You also may need to review your situation and possibly re-write your Will in the future. Professional storage plus reviews and free re-writes is available, at only £18 per year per will.
Pre-paid funeral Plans
I offer pre-paid Funeral Plans via Golden Charter- one of the UK's leading providers. Funeral costs rise every year- it makes good sense to pre-buy at today's prices. Once its paid for its sorted- you dont need to worry any more. Your Family will also have less to deal with and they will know your wishes. Plans range from £2895 to £4099.
