In 1996 when I first moved from the agency world to the in-house Talent Acquisition world, few companies had this dedicated service, it was something HR or Personnel might do. Today it is rare for companies not to have an in-house Talent Acquisition provision.

To keep the company differentiated, expertise in both agency side and in-house side is a great service offering. Experience of large Enterprises, SME's and Startups.

Working "Agile" and remote has been in our DNA for several years. This has paid dividends during Covid 19 Pandemic as so many companies now need to have the recruitment services provided on-line or remotely.

We have provided coaching and mentoring around a number of subjects and areas of interest. The coaching required might be about:

As qualified practitioners in Thomas International tools, our typical approach would be for the people undergoing Coaching to take the PPA (Personal Profile Analysis) and be provided with comprehensive feedback and reports. The PPA gives the individual a better insight in to themselves and helps them understand themselves better and their preferred working styles, and also to understand the working styles of others. By knowing both aspects, the coaching helps people in establishing "coping" strategies, enabling them to be more effective in their work, their communication, relationships and engagement with others.

With over 20 years in-house Talent Acquisition experience we have seen the working practices for SME's, startups and large Enterprises, we are adept at understanding what is needed for an efficient and effective recruitment process with a focus on meaningful Management Information and useful Service Level Agreements around cost per hire, source of hire, time to hire.

Our team have experience of ATS's. We have both optimised the use of ATS's and implemented them ensuring meaningful MI, efficient and effective recruitment processes and a great candidate and hiring manager experience.

Experience of ATS's includes: iCIMS, iGRasp, Brassring, Taleo, SuccessFactors, Team Tailor and Greenhouse.

Two of our consultants are accredited Thomas International practitioners and qualified to administer and provide feedback on PPA, GIA and TEIQ:

*Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) - The Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) provides a rapid and deep insights into a person's behavioural preferences and communication style.
*General Intelligence Assessment (GIA) - The General Intelligence Assessment (GIA) measures an individual's aptitude in 5 key areas; Reasoning, Perceptual Speed, Number Speed & Accuracy, Word Meaning and Spatial Visualisation.

*Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEIQue)
The Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEIQue) measures 15 emotional traits concerning Well-Being, Self-Control, Emotionality and Sociability.

The mainstream RPO firms are primarily interested in large enterprises, they do not see the SME market place or StartUp companies as their main target audience. We coined the phrase "Project Based Resourcing Solutions" to reflect the nature of the service we offer - a bespoke solution to SME's recruitment needs. You may have a small team to be recruited, a number of different roles throughout the organisation or 200 people plus required.

OUTPLACEMENT PROJECTS - The need for Restructuring, redeployment and sometimes redundancy is a reality of our economy. Needing to part with employees is a very difficult decision for any company to take. Being put at risk and losing one's income source is even harder for the erstwhile employee. Companies and individuals will feel the effects of redundancy for a long time after the actual event. Outplacement is a means to reduce the negative impact of a redundancy situation. Many companies refer to their employees as “our most valuable asset”. By providing support to employees hit with a redundancy situation, companies are able to demonstrate that they do live their values, that they do care about their people, both those being made redundant and those left behind. With sites like Glassdoor, we are seeing a lot of “consumer led transparency of companies” and this can lead to very negative press, which can take years to overcome. By providing outplacement and proactively addressing comments appearing on these sites, companies are able to put their own message across to the wider world and mitigate some of the damage done to their brand.
