I offer a combination of talking and non-verbal approaches to help m with life's difficulties. My approach is non-judgemental and compassionate, supporting you on your journey to healing and mind-body-spirit wellbeing.
Every person is unique, and my sessions are person-centred based, tailored to my clients' needs and interests, working in a confidential environment.

I place great value on understanding and exploring the context and existential meaning of my clients’ difficulties.

My areas of expertise comprise mood disorders (depression, BP), PTSD, generalised anxiety disorder, addictive behaviours, learning difficulties.

One to One Music Therapy Sessions.

Music therapy sessions provide sensory and intellectual stimulation experiences.
Within a holistic person-centred approach, I also include in my practice techniques based on mindfulness and breath-work.
