I am an integrative counsellor, HCPC registered Music Therapist and Neurologic Music Therapist, with a BSc in Psychology, and an MSc in Psychology of Pathological addictions. I am also in the concluding stages of my MSc in Clinical Psychology, with further training, amongst others, in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy, Metacognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Gestalt Therapy.

One-to-one person-centred sessions. I place great value on understanding and exploring the context and existential meaning of my clients’ difficulties.
I offer a combination of talking and non-verbal approaches to help m with life's difficulties. My approach is non-judgemental and compassionate, supporting you on your journey to healing and mind-body-spirit wellbeing.
Counsellors educate clients about their personal freedom to make decisions about their lives, help them create alternate goals, and encourage them to become autonomous. (Adler).

My approach is compassionate and sensitive, and I offer my clients a safe and non-judgmental space to explore anxieties and concerns. Every person is unique, and my sessions are person-centred based, tailored to my client's needs and interests, working in a confidential environment.

My areas of expertise comprise mood disorders (e.g. depression), PTSD, generalised anxiety disorder, addictive behaviours, learning difficulties.

One to One Music Therapy Sessions.

Music therapy sessions provide sensory and intellectual stimulation experiences.
Within a holistic person-centred approach, I also include in my practice techniques based on mindfulness and breath-work.
