Every journey starts with the first step. As a Solution Focused Hypnotherapy provider, we use the latest research in psychotherapy and neuroscience to develop a treatment plan to help you achieve your objectives. We offer a free initial consultation where we meet (either in person or online), assess your needs, discuss your aims and how hypnotherapy can help. We will discuss how many sessions you are likely to need and we will measure success throughout the treatment programme. Our weekly sessions involve much more than hypnosis, we will look back over the positive elements of your week & identify your goals for the following week. Finally, You will be led led into trance so all that we have covered can be embedded in your subconscious mind.
Solution Focused hypnotherapy is quite fast paced and you can expect to see progress within a few weeks. I use the best techniques available from Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Hypnotherapy between us you will discover your route to your best life. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is forward focused and very positive. Unlike other forms of talking therapy we do not try to resolve problems by raking over your past life events, we don’t need to identify the cause of your problems in order to find the solution.
