Step by Step did a remarkable installation of our kitchen extension and the building of the utility room. They turned the one time outside sit-down area into a kitchen extension. Step by step are brilliant at what they do whether it painting ,decorating, or any job they do for you , you can be assured it will be done to a high standard. They don't mess about either. I don't even think they stop for lunch ( I made sandwiches and drinks for them, can't have them working on empty stomachs) I would definitely recommend them. We employed Step by Step maintenance for a total house renovation following a major water escape in the loft of the property. Gábor responded quickly to the advert and gave a very reasonable estimate for the jobs required.
He project managed the whole renovation from the major structural jobs down to the smaller details. He was proactive in his approach flagging up things that needed doing and carried out repairs professionally.
He communicated with us as clients every step of the way and kept us informed with the progress that was being made giving us the peace of mind that the project was in good hands.

I gave Step by Step the best star rating I could have. The guys' customer care was top-notch. They were very pleasant chaps. Their work was outstanding, arrived when they said they would. The chaps were so tidy as they went about their work. They left the work area tidier than they met it. I have no qualms about calling on Gabor again for any general maintenance work we have in the future at our next home.
