I tried to rent a flat in Newark but my hard efforts was useless. I have waited 13 days and I got no answer from them. Also you MUST be in employment. But they aren't interested to say this before application process. You will provide sensitive personal info for them and you will get nothing back. Like why to ask for sensitive personal info, holding deposit if I am not in employment or you aren't going to rent a flat anyway after all? Absurd. BECAME A TENANT WITH STEAD PROPERTY IN 2015..AND NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS.IF HAD ANY HOME ISSUES THEY ALWAYS DONE ASAP.COULDNT ASK FOR A BETTER LETTING AGENT.
IM HAPPY AND SAFE,IN MY HOME BEEN HERE 2 AND HALF YEARS.GOT BRAND NEW DOOR THANKS TO THEM.ALWAYS.MAKE SURE MYSELF THE TENANT NEEDS ANYTHING DONE THEY DO IT.
