Meeting Sophie was truly a blessing for me, she is such a warm, welcoming and empathic person, she quickly made me feel that I was in a safe and supportive environment, where I was able to open up and importantly never felt judged, through talking to her I am able to see things from new and different perspectives allowing me to overcome many obstacles, this experience really has been life changing for me, I am in such a better and brighter place within my self, she has helped me regain my inner strength, self belief, self worth, confidence and so much more , she is an incredible lady and I can't recommend or thank her enough! X

I have been seeing Sophie for weekly sessions for coming up to a year now. It was easy for me to build a rapport with Sophie and I felt able to open up to her. The start of my journey with Sophie I was in a very dark place and often my sessions would consist of a lot of emotion but it felt good for me to be able to finally release all the built up feelings I had. The change within myself is outstanding, even my friends and family have noticed. My inner strength, self esteem & control has grown and developed massively. I feel my weekly sessions with Sophie help me to offload and understand my emotions. I used to have the opinion ‘I don’t think talking about it will help me’ but I was so wrong & I am so glad that I started my journey with Sophie because it has changed my life.
