What do you love most about your job?
I love the smile on a clients face after a job well done. Especially after fault finding they had an issue and couldn't watch TV or use their kettle but after sorting the issue they can now enjoy these simple pleasures
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being my own boss and being in control of how much I make and being truly paid based on the value I provide.
