The accommodation was quiet exceptional and the staff were very attentive and pleasant doing their duty, also it was a very different experience it being a Japanese hotel with Buddha’s teaching book in the bedside cabinet. After reading some reviews we went with an open mind to spend vouchers we had been given. The dining area was empty, but it was a Monday so thats probably why, maybe an early week offer would be a good incentive? Visited this evening for the buffet meal. Great selection of dishes hot and cold. The miso soup was amazing. Staff were friendly and attentive. I loved the hotel architecture.

We had a huge room with furniture, wardrobe, drawers bucket chairs and a wonderful view of rolling hills and sheep. Very comfy bed WiFi no probs and big en suite. We had the Japanese all you can eat buffet evening meal which was perfect including a sushi made while you wait. Quick food, great atmosphere, lovely coffee (complimentary) and fantastic meal. My only criticism would be that we had to find a member of staff on two separate occasions to take our order and ask for the bill.

We had our wedding here... it was perfect. The most beautiful location and views! The wedding coordinator made everything so easy and took the stress out of the planning and organising. The food and drinks were spot on and the list of recommended suppliers made things so easy- especially with a 2 year old at home. ||Nothing was too much to ask and the attention to detail from all the staff made it a real personal experience. Breakfast was good, it includes Japanese Miso soup, which for some in my group was a very nice surprise. The personnel is awesome, really helpful and willing to walk the extra mile at all times. Japanese perfection at its best, since the hotel was bought by HONDA which has all its expats staying there.
