Rang this company in urgent need on behalf of a friend who was selling her deceased husbands car. The owner was superb very sympathetic and accommodating he promised to do everything he could to do the car on the day we needed even though he was one member of staff down and we hadnt given him any notiice. He arrived on time having rung before to say he was on route, with two others all in uniform all extremely well mannered. They worked hard on the car and soon got it looking pristine. The car looked superb, all offered us advice and support and went above and beyond. I would definately use spikes again and wouldnt hesistate in recommending them. excellent service from start to finish. My car had been valeted elsewhere but there was a constant damp smell. Damien couldn't help enough. He explained the process and the possible steps we might need to take but he guaranteed he would be able to eradicate the smell. He didn't disappoint. He stayed in touch constantly whilst the processes were being carried out and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing their vehicle valeting. Damien and lads worked hard and had my old Megane looking and smelling better than I could believe in 2 hours, courteous and efficient service very reasonable price ,will use them again, I genuinely recommend Spikes, very impressed . p.s. good luck Jack .

Rang up spikes valeting, he was going to ring me back with a date for my car cleaned. The phone call back was... We can come in next half hour,, WOW. .. True enough, they turned up, started on my car, cleaned it inside and out, nothing missed, inside was absolutely full of dog hairs, i have 2 jack Russell's and they moult all the time... Wow i was amazed at the outcome, both the lads worked extra hard, Brilliant, Fantastic job, don't think it has been as clean as it is now... And smells so fresh too... Rang Spikes because I didnt have time to go and get my car cleaned and was thoroughly impressed by the professional service I received whilst at work. I went for an upgraded valet and was told that my car would not need polishing for another two years due to him using a special polish!! Would recommend to anyone. More...
