Had a vehicle of this company for 1 year for business use. I'm an Uber driver & used the vehicle everyday. Specialist were very responsive to me to resolve any issues I had from the maintenance of the vehicle or for general advice on any matters regarding the vehicle lease. As a private hire driver the vehicle needs to be licenced every year both times they come to me put vehicle through it's licence but informed me to make arrangements 2 weeks prior without me having to book it in mysself. I can only say for me leasing a vehicle from this company has been a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend the service especially to my fellow Uber drivers who are looking for a leased vehicle. This company is professional efficient & friendly who work with you to help in every way possible. I can't speak highly enough of this company, and particularly the lady who helped us out - Kay. We'd got a holiday planned for the Friday, and our car developed a fault that couldn't be fixed in time on the Wednesday afternoon. I emailed in an enquiry at about 16.55 on the Wedneday and got a phone call back at 17.00. A wheelchair accessible Fiat Qubo was delivered at 2 pm on the Thursday, and the holiday was back on! My own adapted car got pranged in the rear, within 24hrs they delivered to my door an equivalent SUV with the adaptation I needed. Without the service they provided I'd be stuck at home or getting taxis everywhere. My adapted vehicle broke down suddenly and needed a new gear box which was going to take quite a long time to deal with. I contacted Specialist Vehicle Rental by telephone and was put through immediately to a very helpful lady called Krisi who dealt with my query in a polite and efficient manner. She explained everything I would need to do in terms of getting insurance for the hire vehicle and arranged for a vehicle to be delivered to my house a few days later. The vehicle was in excellent condition and the young man who delivered it to me explained clearly all the controls on the vehicle and made sure I was satisfied with everything before he left. My car repairs took longer than anticipated and I was able to renew the booking with ease. I cannot recommend your company more highly. Everyone I spoke to was helpful, clear and organised.
