One big family. All the support you need either for just fitness or to become a fighter or just to enjoy a bit of sparring at your pace and level.
It's your choice there is no pressure. Been a member for a year now made some very close friends and treated like a family member.

Great people both training and instructing. I have trained on and off since the age of 7 and I am now 15. One of the best atmospheres and very cumforting supportive trainers. Would never go to a different gym.
