What makes a great website?
A GREAT website is one that matches the objective/s that it is intended for. Choosing one that is either (a) A brochure/portfolio site (literally intended just for people to reference you, (b) e-commerce (so designed purely for Conversions or (c) An informative site (designed to encourage awareness and educate your clients prior to making contact with you. All 3x types need careful planning in terms of Google and Users, so that it is as 'SEO ready' as possible. UTMOST the website should 'answer the question' that the searcher is looking for when they are carrying out their Search in Google - so ensuring that 'Users Intent' is 100% factored in.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
As above really, but also understanding significantly about the Clients' customers, competitors, other marketing that will be used to ensure the 'mix' is correctly applied.
What do you love most about your job?
Customers. Literally. And more importantly seeing a customer who is delighted when they get 'results' in line with their objectives from the thorough work we carry out.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In some ways 'freedom' to be creative and start something that I have 100% direction over. Also to have a legacy that I look back on and can say 'I did that' rather than just being a small part in a very large 'machine' as I was when working for Corporate organisations.
Why should our clients choose you?
As we pride ourselves on really focusing on the Clients' objectives - their KPIs and this means that the right mix of marketing is selected to do the 'right job'. We don't 'sell' a particular service to make cash, but tailor each Campaign or Project towards the clients' success. All the work we do is based on detailed analysis and thorough work to maximise our customers ROI.
