Janine has been cleaning for us for a few months now and I really couldn't recommend her highly enough. The rooms we ask for are always spotless and she goes above and beyond to ensure she helps my husband and I. She spent the time to get to know us and is a very lovely and caring person in which we trust explicitly in our home.

Elizabeth is also excellent (the owner of Sparkles Cleaning Services Cardiff) she is very easy to contact via phone or text message and allows us to pay monthly for the month ahead which makes the cost side much easier for me.

I simply have to write a review on Sparkles. I am completely amazed at the transformation of my home. WOW Katie and Alice were outstanding and went above and beyond. I had Kelly come and clean at my house today, first time I met Kelly as I tend to have Liz. She was absolutely fantastic! I mixed up the times, and she dealt with the mix up so well . I normally have a quick organise of things before The cleaner comes, but today I couldn’t because of the mix up (which was all my fault) but she went above and beyond for me. She made my bed, organised and filleted my washing, she got through every room really well in two hours and it smelt amazing. I love so much how she rolls up the blankets around the house. A big thumbs up from me and can not fault the service I’ve received over the last few weeks. It has helped my mental health tenfold, but having that support with the cleaning. I am a landlord of several properties and have struggled to find a decent cleaning company to deep clean my end of tenancy let’s. I’ve been badly stung in the past going for cheaper quotes and the work has been poor. Sparkles were recommended to me and I really can’t recommend them enough. The standard of work was exceptional and the attention to every little detail is something that was lacking with other companies. If I could give them 6 stars I would.
