I did ask you if we could return at your earliest convenience and get everything perfect for you as I don’t want anybody feeling disappointed. I do know that Sophie never stopped in 8 hours she was there. I contacted Sparkles cleaning services after suffering an unfortunate accident breaking both my ankles and my elbow witch ment I needed some help to clean around my home. They responded to my request immediately and arranged for a lady called Sophie to come out for me. When she arrived she was extremely polite and professional. Janine has been cleaning for us for a few months now and I really couldn't recommend her highly enough. The rooms we ask for are always spotless and she goes above and beyond to ensure she helps my husband and I. She spent the time to get to know us and is a very lovely and caring person in which we trust explicitly in our home.

Elizabeth is also excellent (the owner of Sparkles Cleaning Services Cardiff) she is very easy to contact via phone or text message and allows us to pay monthly for the month ahead which makes the cost side much easier for me.

I had Kelly come and clean at my house today, first time I met Kelly as I tend to have Liz. She was absolutely fantastic! I mixed up the times, and she dealt with the mix up so well . I normally have a quick organise of things before The cleaner comes, but today I couldn’t because of the mix up (which was all my fault) but she went above and beyond for me. She made my bed, organised and filleted my washing, she got through every room really well in two hours and it smelt amazing. I love so much how she rolls up the blankets around the house. A big thumbs up from me and can not fault the service I’ve received over the last few weeks. It has helped my mental health tenfold, but having that support with the cleaning.
