What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Covid-19 Update We continue to safely provide our home cleaning services, as permitted by the government guidelines Information on the guidelines relating to home cleaners during lockdown can be found here – National lockdown: Stay at Home – GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) For the safety of both clients and cleaners, we have introduced the following rules. We appreciate this is a concerning time for everybody, however, the precautions we have put in place combined with our very high hygiene controls already in place will show we have taken every possible precaution to protect our customers and employees. • Cleaners must not clean if anyone in their household has symptoms (however mild), shielding or self-isolating. • Clients must not allow cleaning if anyone in their household has symptoms (however mild), shielding or self-isolating. • Clients must stay in a different room to the cleaner. Social distancing of at least 2 metres must be maintained at all times. Cleaning staff We will provide cleaning staff with their usual personal protection equipment (PPE) for cleaning where this is necessary. Cleaners will maintain social distancing while cleaning and wash their hands with soap and water when they finish work. We will provide hand sanitise when washing facilities aren’t close by.
