What information do you need from a client before you start work?
I can work with clients who have a clear idea of what they want, and clients who are not sure and want help untangling their ideas for the business. Every project is different, so get in touch and I'll aim to help as best as I can.
What sorts of printing projects do you usually cater for?
Most printing projects are doable - business cards, flyers, leaflets, posters, brochures, magazines, pamphlets, books, business letterheads, banners, stickers, window graphics, postcards and much more.
We can also source bespoke and high-end print finishes, like triple thick material, gold, silver/metallic foiling, special laminations, custom sizes and much more.
Describe your creative process.
I get an understanding of what the client wants; conduct research and consider the business's target audience and market; Come up with multiple ideas for consideration; refine ideas based on client feedback; finalise and launch product or service; Stay in contact with client for any help required or future project.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy getting in the shoes of my client, considering their audience and designing to fit within their sector. It's fun to generate new ideas and I have a good working relationship with all of my clients. Trust and reliability is often missed in the design industry - I aim to bring it back.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I created an accessible, friendly 'design agency' after seeing poor service and product ranges in that sector. I wanted to do something different and offer clients what they need, avoiding geek speak, and being reliable and 'available'.

Yes I can. Communication could via phone, email, whatsapp, facebook etc. The only services we can't provide online is shop/office signage installation and bespoke photography.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Communication can be done via online services. Our print deliveries are handled by DPD who have their own set of Covid precautions in place.
