Very good and have been helpful in design and advice. When new ideas or things occur they will always get in touch. The slight caveat to that is that not all the website themes are tested with the new ideas - eg Apple stripe payment is a wonderful addition but doesn't necessarily appear on the theme. My site isn't live yet as I am still building it, but whenever I run across something I am unable to sort out, they are quick to help in a friendly and professional manner.
