For this sale, I have dealt mainly with Steve Unthank at your Reddish branch and, once again, I have not been disappointed with the service. I have bought and sold many properties over the years but this particular sale has been the most problematic of all owing to an on/off purchaser. Steve has gone above and beyond the call of duty at all times in order to keep the purchaser, the conveyancers and the sale on track. Even on his days off and in the evenings, Steve was willing to keep in touch with the purchaser who could not (or would not!) be contacted during the day. Great service, friendly and helpful staff. David Penlington went out of his way to ensure our process was as smooth as possible. He came back a couple of times to ensure the photographs were perfect using their wide-lens camera, and was on hand from the start of the process to the end despite having a busy schedule answering queries and giving great advice. I was exceptionally pleased with Space 4 Living as a whole. Where do I start.....well, *I live in Australia, hurdle no.1. *I had a tenant and I wanted to sell my property in the UK, hurdle no. 2. My next move was to find an estate agent that was reasonably priced and get my house on the market. I contacted David at Space4Living and he immediately put my mind at ease that he would take care of everything. I contacted my tenant and notified her that the house was going on the market. David took photos of my property and it was up on Space4Living’s and Rightmove’s website in a matter of days and sold within a few weeks. YAY, I thought! What came after was a rollercoaster of anxieties and emotions.....*The tenant was REFUSING to move out, hurdle no.3!!!David went above and beyond what I thought someone I had never met would ever bother doing. He made numerous calls to find out what my options were and relayed them back to me. Spoke regularly with my tenant and the housing association in a calm and professional manner. David kept me calm through the whole nightmare and said “don’t worry, we will get it sorted”. After a few weeks it was all sorted. David arranged for my property to be cleaned, French doors and kitchen cupboards fixed and the house was back on the market. I’m over the moon to say that my property was sold within a few days of being back on the market and it’s now going through! David, you have been my knight in shining armour. Spoke to one of the negotiators (can't remember name) and she kindly sorted a viewing for me with the vendor At an awkward time due to work commitments, which I really appreciated.
