What do you love most about your job?
I have always been involved with movement/sports/dance etc and am constantly impressed by the capacity of the human body. The world has become so stressful to so many, and I really love being able to help my clients look & feel better through taking time for themselves, understanding the way their body works & de-stressing as a result!
What inspired you to start your own business?
The amount of people I meet who are in pain and don't really understand why! When I was made redundant it gave me the perfect opportunity to spend more time doing what I truly believe in.
