Rich made an assessment about a macrocarpa (Monterey Cypress) that was lop-sided, dead in parts and too close to the house. Unlike other quotes, there was no flannel or scare tactics but just facts, which was appreciated. After carrying out due diligence regarding tree preservation orders, he and Jasper felled the tree in a day, chipping the brushwood, and chopping the logs for us to keep. They worked extremely professionally and clearly with health and safety at the forefront of the whole process. I can't praise them highly enough.
