From initial contact to installation, Lucky and his team have been excellent. Lucky in particular is extremely professional managing expectations, timeline, going through the details and so forth.
His team have done a wonderful job and worked consistently (without rushing) to get the work done. There were a couple of issues which were immediately addressed and rectified without question or delay.
I echo the feedback from other customers (5 star ones!) and that I will gladly recommend Southall Windows to others and would certainly contact them again.

Can I just say Lucky and his team are the best I have come across!! They are a professional team who know the business very well! ! They are polite, tidy and friendly and are a genuine bunch! The price lucky quoted was the price I paid there was no hidden costs! The quality of the windows is excellent and their price was the best too!
