Brilliant from start to finish from joining to my first class, and you won’t find a friendlier place to train, everyone is fantastic and I feel really comfortable which is a big thing for me, the range of classes are great and the booking system so easy to use

Just starting to really use the online site http://Teamstk.co.uk and so far I love it! Really convenient for me whilst travelling for work and when I can’t get to classes! I've been training with Ant at STK for a few years and it's been the best training to enhance my martial art sport. Activities are varied and hence enjoyable and totally practical for my other sport. Encoragement is there in abundance at this friendly class and you can push yourself or take it easy depending on how you feel. Excelent advice is there when you need it just ask. For years I'd looked for a trainer who knew what I needed and understand my training .
Ant Clennan is that guy.
My training for the London Marathon was going to be difficult as I run in costume .
Ant knew exactly what I needed .His knowledge is incredible
Cannot recommend him enough
I'd never tried kettle bells before but I have to admit they built my strength up in no time.

Absoloutly love training with Ant over the years. Without a doubt his level of knowledge is impressive.
Great instructor, understanding of 'realism' in relation to exercise and diet.
It's the first gym I've been apart of where I've fully understood and been the happiest in myself, in regards to the simplicity of the eating plans.
No hidden catches, no complex jargan just real training, real lives, real people.
Ant's approach to training is very professional I couldn't recommend him enough.
I myself have gained endless amounts of knowledge allowing me to progress with my personal fitness journey.

I have done quite a few one to one sessions and quickly realised that this man seriously knows his stuff. not only are his one to ones tailored to each individual need but there's alot more to it too, eating plans and the best advice is endless.

Before joining SKT I’d had personal training at other gyms and found them beneficial, but after having Personal training by Ant I realised this was a different level, more personalised, one to one training, techniques, posture, diet plans and thorough workouts where I not only feel better but I’ve seen dramatic improvements in my overall performance and physique.
I’d highly recommend anyone to have a personal training session with Ant, and I’m really keen to see how far we can improve my fitness.

I have had many personal training sessions with Ant, they were a combination of strength and cardio. He encouraged me to push myself further while being aware of my ability, he is knowledgeable in his field, breaking down the exercise and explaining which muscles would be used to get the best possible results. He is enthusiastic and believes he can get the best from you for the alloted time frame along with valuable take home advice on eating and rest periods. I'm now at the end of my 2nd week at STK and I have participated in various classes (kettlebells, Boxer-circuit, hit-circuit, kettle-hiit etc) no class has been the same making it much more enjoyable, got to admit kettlbells hated it at 1st but Ive found I started to enjoy it by my 4th attempt, as for the trainers/instructors I've come across 3 and all of them are fantasic very patient & they keep you right all the time, you can stop when you need to rest without being barked it, it's a very comfortable/friendly place to be � glad I bit the bullet and started STK �

Having been going to STK sessions on and off since August 2016, I can only give the staff and members the highest praise possible.
Getting into fitness can be a bit of a daunting prospect, especially if you sit with a feeling of 'I should have started ages ago', but at STK you're made to feel part of the group immediately. It doesn't matter about age, fitness level or weight; no one will bat an eye, only show positive interest and encouragement.
The instructors are very friendly, helpful and always ready to assist with any issue you might have with a certain exercise, no one is expecting you to do more than you can, so you can progress as you feel is best for you - while having the encouragement and support from people around you.

All in all, if you're looking into getting started with some exercise, you can't go wrong with STK - and if you're feeling reserved about starting, for whatever reason, give them a go - you'll be surprised how positive and supportive the atmosphere is

I joined yesterday (01/02/2018)and I must say I was met with friendly faces and lots of support, I was worried that a 50 year old out of shape Mamabear would feel out of place but once inside I was at ease and encouraged to do my best, rest when I want and there was no screaming instructions, just a lot of well done and keep going, off the trainers and the people doing the class. I was guided what to do and was advised of an alternative exercise to the class due to my knee problem,which shows how individually dedicated a they team was to each and every member. Please don’t be afraid as this world is made of all sorts and this class I believe can sort all.. Day one! Or one day? X More...

Started the 6 week challenge. 10 days in and lost 8lb in weight and 7.5 inches .... thoroughly enjoying the sessions and the instructors are all very supportive and motivating. Am chuffed to bits �

I have just joined tonight, I felt so nervous going not knowing what to expect, I had so many conversations in my head driving over telling me to turn round and go home.
I made it through the door and was welcomed by Ant straight away, he talked me through everything and give me full instructions and demonstrations.
I am so glad I went, everyone was so friendly and welcoming nothing at all liked I expected, I didn't feel awkward or out of place at all. Upon leaving people I've never met before were even saying bye see you later ect..... Really was made to feel welcome and I will def be back!

The trainers make you feel welcome from the start, they show you how to do the exercises properly and they guide you on each round, and all of the girls were great too and made you feel really welcome. I started doing boxer-circuit with a friend n now I also do Hiit-circuit. Love the classes, I have more energy and I dont suffer with pains in my back as much as I used to, l gave up my gym membership as I was not benefiting that as much as STK. highly recommend

Bought the 15 minutes workout a day dvd , i love it ! I have lost 2 stone and dropped from size 20 tshirt to 16 and size 14 jeans to a 10 using the dvd and the eating plan provided by ant. Its now part of my week and wouldn't be without it. More...

This place is more addictive than opioids! Started off with STK DVD at the beginning of the year after having lost over 5st then decided to start attending the classes last month. At my first session, i was a new face but i was made to feel so welcome i felt like a member of this very special family straight away. In only 6wks the difference in my body shape is unreal. This has gave me so much confidence. Im actually gutted that i waited so long to try a class. I am an absolute novice when it comes to kettlebells but found the class to be brilliant! It can be intimidating starting a new fitness class but everyone is very welcoming and happy to offer advice if needed but very focused on there own workout so you don't have to worry about going at your own pace and taking a break whenever you need. The instructors are excellent and cater very well to a varied level of skill with clear and concise instructions and certainly know their stuff! More...

Love this place. I've Never felt so comfortable. I've been going here now since April and I hate it when I miss any days. It's great that I can take my 2 year old with me too . He loves sitting in his pram with a pair of gloves on he tries to join in when he can haha. I highly recommend to anyone who hates going to the gym or even feels a little uncomfortable. Cannot recommend this place enough! I started kettlebells four weeks ago thinking it would be impossible with my rheumatoid arthritis but i feel stronger, my posture has improved and mostly importantly, my joint pain has dramatically reduced. I no longer rely on my regular painkillers, taking them only occasionally. The support and encouragement from ant, gary and the other STK' ers is amazing!! I have followed the diet plan (although I'll admit I've cheated a little!) And lost nearly a stone in weight and 19 inches!! Thank you so much xx More...

couldn't recommend STK enough. by the far the best place to go for a work out and lose weight and inches. great team to guide u through and support. great eating plans are also proceed in plans and are easy to follow.

classes are fab boxer is my fav but love kettles bells as this is where u get the best results �don't knock until you have tried it ����go on give it a go �
