What’s your signature dish?
I don't have anything specific that I like doing as I just love to cook anything.
Apart from my Cordon Bleu cooking course where I learnt a host of amazing recipes, my Mother taught me the most and I do cook a lot of 'home style' cooking like slow cooked stews, and traditional roasts with a twist and amazing Queen of Puddings & Crumbles with Creme Anglaise.
I love marinating meat for BBQ's, making fresh 'Ottolenghi' style salads that have wow factor and desserts to die for.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
After speaking with the client, I take time to consider a bespoke menu aligned to them & their guests.
What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love creating unusual dishes with fresh (organic where possible) local ingredients. My food is beautifully presented.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started off baking cakes (including gluten free / vegan) and supplying the local deli's and coffee shops which kept me busy with two small children. Along side this I also work for our local pottery making their pottery course lunches. My business has grown rapidly from word of mouth around Hampshire and I now I supply holiday rentals 'fridge food to go', large family gathering buffet food, party & celebration food, canape parties, dinner parties & lunch parties, office lunches, funerals & christenings.
