What do you love most about your job?
Enabling people to transform into the best version of themselves - the person they have always wanted to be but didn't know how to become. I love holding space for people to think, feel, grow and thrive. There is nothing more rewarding to me than watching someone's eyes light up when they find the answer they were looking for.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I felt lifeless, lost and out of alignment in my day job. I would start each work day feeling anxious and end the day feeling exhausted. I kept moving from job to job hoping to find the energy and passion I was looking for. Then I found coaching and discovered my passion and purpose! Coaching, and enabling people to become their best selves, sets my soul on fire.

I want my clients to know that I have been in a similar position to them and that by doing this work, I have transformed my life. 2 years ago, I felt lost, unhealthy, unfulfilled, numb and directionless. I was people pleasing, exhausted and lying to myself. I had an undeniable feeling that my life could be more vibrant, full and authentic. I wanted more love, inner-peace, connection and purpose... and I got it.
I create a safe, supportive and empowering space for you to show up exactly as you are. I will deeply listen to you, hear you and be your biggest cheerleader. I will provide you with learning material, challenges and observations. I'll keep you accountable with your desired outcome and growth in mind.

We’ll see if we are a good fit before we commit to starting this life-changing journey together.
