Well, what can I say!
Communicated throughout the day with my husband and myself .
They were cheerful and polite.
Nothing was too much trouble even when we hit a few difficulties during the day. It turned out to be a long day and challenging but both of the Sonic crew made light work of it.
Their pricing is very good and they respected our belongings and asked if they were not sure.
We would recommend the Sonic company and we wish them well in the future. Fabulous .

We were apsoulty delighted on choosing Sonic the movers to help us move home , nothing was to much trouble for Nick and Sonal , they arrived on time with a friendly and positive attitude and both worked hard alday , they made it as stress free as possible , we would definitely recommend booking them and would have no hesitation in booking them again .

Sonal and Nick were extremely professional, took extra care with my belongings and were very easy to get along with. I've moved home several times in and around London over the past 15 years and Sonic is absolutely the best mover I've ever worked with! Our closing was delayed several times, and it snowed heavily on moving day, they took everything in stride and were always cooperative, patient and helpful. Sonic The Movers collected a large, expensive, Hartley Botanic greenhouse for me today.

They picked it up from the seller, in Central London, at the time requested and observed the correct covid protocols.

I'm delighted to say the greenhouse arrived in perfect condition.

They made a purchase easy, in what is a difficult time to trade.

The pair were not able for the job. They were disorganised, broke my heater with no recompense. Left bag of bedding out in the rain so it was soaking. Female not up to the job. Male needs another male to help him. If myself and a friend had not helped them with the job we might still be there today. I would not recommend them to anyone. I cannot give them any rating at all. Suggest they get training and extra assistance and leave the female to do what she can in other areas. More...

Hi Suzannah, Thank you for your feedback; being a new company Sonic The Movers welcomes criticism and opportunities to improve our service to customers. Firstly, as with all customers, we informed you that we are able to provide more men at an extra cost but as you requested a ‘1 man’ service, this is what we provided you with. Upon arrival, it was noticed by me that there was too much work for just one man, and the items that you had at the property were well in surplus to what you had told us when we quoted you. Wanting to provide a good service, I asked my wife, who I’d luckily brought along for the ride, to help. I assured you that my wife is fully trained and competent to assist during the removal. Towards the end of the evening, the weather had picked up and your radiator was blown down by the wind. We offered to pay for this, several times but you repeatedly declined our offers; that it was ‘fine as it’s not something that [you] use’ and we accepted that (it was going from your loft into another storage facility). It would have been nice if you could have dropped us a call once you changed your mind about wanting the money for the radiator. We would have happily sorted it, as we originally offered. As you remember, Sonal broke her finger trying to stop your radiator being blown over in the wind and we spent the rest of the evening in A&E. As was previously discussed during the quotation, the ‘1 man service’ does not come with full goods’ insurance. The reason for this is because our team are not solely responsible for the transport of your items from within the property to on the van. Therefore, we cannot accept responsibility for items left outside by your own party. Furthermore, due to the communication issues, which you are well aware of, we were unable to effectively communicate with your friend, at the times of the day that you were not present. At Sonic The Movers, we strive to give our customers the best possible service that we can provide and are happy to take on board constructive criticism as this helps us to improve. The Sonic Team came and moved us 200 miles on what was the worst of all possible days. We had torrential rain and it was blowing a gale, but despite all they remained calm, were charming and totally professional. We would highly recommend them.

The gentleman collected a divan and mattress from two different areas. He treated both items with great care so they wouldn't get damaged. Helped us carry the furniture into the bedroom. We cannot fault the service we received. Would definately recommend and use Sonic Movers again. More...
