Marvellous service! Carol was excellent and exceed all my expectations, what a professional. I order some prints in the morning to collect 3 hours later, as the shops close at 4 pm I had to be quick but my car did not start so I call the shop.
Carol, an amazing human, said to me if were ok to deliver them at my home around 5.30-6.00. I was amazed, she went the extra mile to deliver my prints and I think it is something to reward. The prints are perfect, very good quality and very well deliver.
I am very happy that there are still people committed to what they do, that is nice, polite and help others. Thanks, Carol.

I showed up in distress after being denied boarding from my flight because of Visa issues. I had to get some photos done and head off to the embassy. The staff there were so kind and caring. I've never used a snappy snaps before but needed some old baby photos printed for my friends engagement party. The staff were actually really great in advising me how best to do this because of the low res quality of the old photos - God knows how they would have turned out if I was left to my own devices!
