The worst company in the world. Felt like we were taken advantage of and they never collected the full debt. Threatened to liquidate our company if we did not pay them however they clearly in their emails told us they would collect their fee from the client. Then threatened us and never actually collected the debt and never bothered to chase it further either. Be very careful. We feel very ripped off! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Scammed out of £4k as they promised they could get money that they could not. The proceedings they told me they could use to get my money did not exist!
I went to Judges Demand Ltd who have helped me and will help anyone who has suffered like me. They will not charge you fees and will not lie to you so I suggest anyone reading this looks them up.

we was sold this solution by Mark in SMD and paid £2000 to him to recover a dept and he then asked for another £3000 so in total £6000 including vat and they have done nothing and wont reply to emails. Not only have they done nothing to recover my Dept but told me not to contact the debtor so a year down I am still no nearer in collecting my dept . Don't use this company More...

I have always steered clear of using debt collection companies have used others before to find they take your money only not to chase the debt.
I have to say how impressed I was with the level of service given by yourselves. To have the matter resolved within twenty four hours after nearly twelve months of chasing is remarkable.

Highly recommend SMD Credit Solutions, fast, honest, reliable, did exactly what they promised they would do.
