At sunnysmart we make switching to solar simple. Once you make the first step to having solar panels & battery storage to your home. You will be contacted one of our dedicated consultant called Leon. He will assist you with all the questions you may ask, helping you choose the right solar system for you. Once all questions are answered Leon will help build your PV system to your home and send you a proposal to your email. Once you receive the email, click on the link and the document will open up. Once you agree to proceed and sign the document. Leon will contact you within 72 working hours with a date of your choosing for a survey. This survey allows us to make sure we have the correct cabling and measurements for your home. We understand that this can be a big investment and Sunnysmart want to make sure your installation goes smoothly. Once survey has been completed our installation team with start any necessary paperwork and the booking team will book in the installation date with yourself. On the week of installation you will be contacted for time and date for scaffolding if needed and delivery of solar equipment (usually the day before). When work has commenced your electrical supply will be turned off at an agreed time for approximately 45minutes whiles our qualified electrician connects the solar to your home electrical supply. Once all work has been completed we will run checks and commission the system. The scaffolding will come down the next day, unless its weekend and it will be Monday. We then continue to monitor your system for 7 days making sure you get the most out of your solar PV. The paperwork will be sent roughly 10 working days from payment.

We accept visa, Debt, bank transfer, finance options. We also provide 0% deposit depending on system type and installation type. if deposit is made we do not take more than 25% of the total price.

Our installation team are fully qualified and MCS, RECC, NIC EIC,IWA APPROVED. Giving you peace of mind that your system has been installed with perfection and correctly with high quality solar panels. Sunnysmart installation provide a 5 year workmanship cover, as well as a FREE 10 year service plan where one of our engineers will come to your property once every two years. With this service you will be provided a dedicated number that is available to you 24/7 incase of emergency. Sunnysmart are here helping you make the bright choice with smarter energy.

We offer a referral process to our customers who have had solar installed by us. This allows your family & friends who would like to have solar PV installed by us, helping them reduce there energy bills as well as there carbon footprint. If they choose to join the Sunnysmart family we will reduce the total price by up to £350 and once they have been installed and payment completed, you as a customer will receive £100 gift card from our promotions team.
